Aparnaa - Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

At Aparnaa, we take pride in offering premium ethnic wear and fabrics. Each product is carefully quality-checked and packed with utmost care before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Due to the nature of our products and made-to-order processes, we follow a strict No Return / No Refund policy. Please read the policy carefully before placing your order. By placing an order on aparnaa.com, you agree to all terms stated below.

1. General Policy – No Returns / No Refunds

  • We follow a NO Return Policy.
  • No refunds are issued once an order is placed.
  • All sales are final.

2. Fabrics & Made-to-Order Products

  • All fabrics are cut to order and are therefore non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Exchanges are considered only if:
    • The product received is defective, or
    • The product received is not as per the order placed.
  • Any such issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with:
    • Order number
    • Package unpacking video
    • Clear photos/videos of the issue
    • Photo of the bill
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

3. Defective or Incorrect Products (If Applicable)

  • In case of an approved defect or incorrect product:
    • The customer must self-courier the product back to us.
    • We do not provide free reverse pickup services.
  • If the customer requests Aparnaa to arrange the pickup:
    • A pickup fee of ₹200 will be charged and must be paid in advance.
  • After the product is received and verified:
    • A replacement or
    • Store credit (coupon code) valid for 3 months will be issued.
  • No monetary refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

4. Delivery Attempt Failure & Re-Delivery Policy

(Applicable to Prepaid, COD & Partial COD Orders)

  • If a delivery attempt has been made and the customer fails to receive or accept the parcel, resulting in the shipment being returned to us:
    • The customer must pay a re-delivery fee of ₹200 to initiate a fresh delivery attempt.
  • The order will remain valid for 15 days from the date of the failed delivery attempt.
  • If the customer:
    • Pays the re-delivery fee within 15 days, the order will be re-dispatched.
    • Fails to respond or pay within 15 days, the order will be:
      • Considered fulfilled and closed
      • Amount paid will be forfeited
      • No further claims will be entertained

5. Partial COD Orders (Important)

Returned / Unaccepted Partial COD Orders

  • If a Partial COD order is refused, unaccepted, or returned to us after a delivery attempt:
    • The customer may raise a claim within 15 days from the date the parcel is returned to us.
  • If a claim is raised within 15 days:
    • Logistics charges of ₹200 each way (₹400 total) will be deducted.
    • Any remaining balance will be issued only as store credit (coupon code).
    • The coupon can be used for future purchases on our website.
  • If no claim is raised within 15 days:
    • The order will be considered fulfilled and closed.
    • The entire amount will be forfeited.
    • No further claims or requests will be entertained.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped.
  • For cancelled orders:
    • No refunds will be issued in any form.
    • The customer may select an alternative product of the same value or higher.
    • If a higher-value product is selected, the difference must be paid.
  • No refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances.
