Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • Returns and exchanges are only possible within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Fabrics are not eligible for return unless there is a defect as they are cut as per the customers requirement
  • Custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for returns or refunds unless they are damaged or defective.

    Damaged or Defective Items

    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue. Once verified, we will offer you a replacement, exchange, or a store credit refund, including shipping costs.

    Non-Defective Returns

    If you wish to return a non-defective item for any reason other than damage or defect, you may still raise a return request. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will issue a store credit refund for the purchase price, excluding return shipping costs.

    Return / Exchange Process:


  • To raise a return / exchange request, please email support@aparnaa.com with the reason and relevant picures.
  • Once the request is approved, please courier the product back to us with the original tags and packing.
  • After receiving the product and proper inspection, we will confirm the refund/ exchange.
  • Refunds in the form of store credit will be processed within 3 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Store credit refunds will be added to your account and can be used for future purchases.


    If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you may need to follow our return process.
