Aparnaa Returns & Refunds Policy

At Aparnaa, we are dedicated to offering high-quality ethnic wear and fabrics. Every product is carefully inspected and lovingly packed to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition. However, we understand that there may be rare instances when you need to return or exchange an item.

Please review the policy below to understand the terms for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Return/Exchange Window: Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Product Condition: Items must be unused and in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  • Fabrics:
    • Fabrics are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable as they are cut to order.
    • An exchange is only allowed if the fabric delivered is defective or not what was ordered.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Email us at support@aparnaa.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit refund ONLY.

Non-Defective Returns (Applicable only for Sarees)

If you wish to return a non-defective item for personal reasons:

  • You may raise a return request within 48 hours.
  • After inspection of the returned product, a store credit will be issued for the value of the item (excluding original and return shipping charges).
  • The product must be returned unused, with all original tags and packaging.

Refunds

  • All refunds are issued only in the form of a credit note (store credit).
  • No refunds will be made via bank transfers, UPI, or any other payment mode.
  • Store credit will be shared in the form of a coupon code within 3 business days after the return is received and approved.
  • Credit notes can be used for any future purchases on our website within 3 months of ISSUE.
  • In case of returns, reverse shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return / Exchange Process

  1. Email support@aparnaa.com with your reason and photos within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  2. If approved, send the product back with all original packaging and tags.
  3. Once inspected, we will notify you of your exchange status or issue the store credit.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped.
  • Once dispatched, the cancellation must follow the return process outlined above.
